Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Bring an outsized pot of water to boil and cook ramen consistent with the time on the package.
  2. Heat an outsized skillet over medium high heat. Add vegetable oil , swirling to coat.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper. increase pan, and cook for 2-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add onions and cabbage, mix together and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl mix together garlic, ginger, soy and vegetable oil . Pour into skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Stir in cooked noodles and serve.
